Shipping Policy

We try to make the delivery process as simple as possible, and we can send your order either to your home or workplace. Unfortunately, we do not offer deliveries to PO boxes or parcel motels.

All orders are subject to a US$0.00 shipping rate, so you can enjoy free shipping.

Please make sure to provide us with a correct shipping address when placing your order, since we are not able to change your address information after the order leaves our warehouse.

Shipping Times

All orders will be sent out from our warehouse within 24 hours after you place them.
The time it takes for your order to be delivered to you depends on your location:

• The US & Canada: 5-15 working days
• Australia: 7-18 working days
• The UK: 7-18 working days
• Rest of the World: 7-21 working days

All orders are shipped using courier services and can be tracked online.
*Please note that your tracking information might not be sent to you once your order leaves our warehouse since we need to receive this information from the courier and upload it into our system. However, if you did not receive a tracking link within 72 hours of placing your order, please contact us via email at support@King-Leather.com.
