How can I track my order?

There should be a tracking number inside the email together with the courier used to deliver your package, please go to the courier's website and enter the tracking number to track your order. If the email was not sent, you can send us an email at support@King-Leather.com with your order number/ details, and we will double check your order and send you the tracking number.

When will I receive my order confirmation or tracking email?

If you do not receive an order confirmation or tracking about your order, it's likely they were marked as spam or you have mistyped your email address.
